Heritage User Groups

With such a large number of Heritage users, it is natural that there should be a Heritiage User Group, or 'HUG', as it is affectionately known (and infinitely preferable to the previous acronym, when Heritage was formerly known as Bookshelf).

The Heritage User Group is an independent body, without obligation to IS Oxford and is therefore free to say what it thinks! Whilst fiercely independent, HUG has always enjoyed a good relationship with the Heritage team. You can visit their website 'hugonline' at
